This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Greenmission.

For purchases made through third-party marketplaces or authorized resellers, returns and refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective seller.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a legally prescribed period, depending on their jurisdiction.

Products may be inspected to the extent reasonably necessary to assess their nature and functionality.

 

Return Shipping

  • Withdrawal without defect: customer bears return shipping costs

  • Defective products: Greenmission covers reasonable return shipping costs

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.

 

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
