These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply only to purchases made directly through Greenmission’s own online store.

2. Scope and Sales Channels

These Terms govern the sale of physical products purchased directly from Greenmission through its own website.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon) or authorized resellers are governed by the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective seller and are not covered by these Terms.

 

3. Products

These Terms apply to physical products offered by Greenmission, including but not limited to Ctrl-Bar (all versions), Ctrl-Strip, Ctrl-Bridge, and Ctrl-Charger (the “Products”).

The Products are aftermarket vehicle accessories intended for customization and user-controlled configuration. Any accompanying software, mobile applications, or firmware are provided as ancillary components and are not sold as separate services.

 

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through the website and are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

 

5. Prices, Taxes and Import Charges

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by authorities in the destination country. Such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Delivery and Risk

Estimated processing and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a legally prescribed period, depending on applicable law.

8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a Product is defective or does not conform to mandatory consumer protection laws, the customer may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

For confirmed defective Products, Greenmission covers reasonable return shipping costs.

 

9. Use of Products and User Responsibility

The Products are aftermarket vehicle accessories and customization tools.

The customer is solely responsible for how the Products are installed, configured, and used, including any choices made regarding settings, preferences, or integration with vehicle systems.

Greenmission does not control how the Products are used once delivered and is not responsible for individual usage decisions.

 

10. Third-Party Systems and Dependencies

Certain Product features may depend on third-party systems, services, or interfaces, including systems provided by vehicle manufacturers.

Greenmission does not control such third-party systems and does not guarantee their continued availability, compatibility, or functionality. Changes made by third parties do not constitute a defect in the Products.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenmission shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of income, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for defective products or personal injury caused by such defects.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
