TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Greenmission’s websites, mobile applications, firmware, and related software.

 

1. Scope

These Terms apply to:

  • Greenmission websites

  • Mobile applications

  • Firmware and software used in connection with Greenmission products

The sale of physical products is governed separately by the Terms of Sale.

 

2. Use of Services

Users agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

 

3. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for how Greenmission products and related software features are installed, configured, and used, including any customization or configuration choices.

Greenmission does not supervise, monitor, or control individual usage decisions.

 

4. Integration with Vehicle Systems

Certain products, including Ctrl-Bridge, may interface with vehicle systems for user-controlled functionality.

Greenmission does not manufacture, control, or operate the vehicle or its internal systems, does not modify vehicle software, and nothing herein constitutes a vehicle modification.

Compatibility with vehicle systems may vary depending on vehicle configuration and third-party systems.

 

5. Third-Party Dependencies

Certain features may rely on third-party systems, services, or interfaces, including those provided by vehicle manufacturers such as Tesla.

Greenmission does not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, or compatibility of such third-party systems. Changes made by third parties may affect or limit functionality and do not constitute a defect in the Products or Services.

 

6. Software, App and Firmware Updates

Greenmission may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, enhancements, or modifications to software, mobile applications, or firmware used in connection with the Products.

Such updates are provided without additional charge. Greenmission does not guarantee the availability, frequency, or continued provision of any updates and reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue updates at any time.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property are the exclusive property of Greenmission AS or its licensors.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenmission shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

 

9. Changes

Greenmission may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.
